Returns & Exchanges

At pinkpolkadotfelties, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
